Australian Noreena Jasper comes from the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Like many of the picture type jasper, Noreena is a silicated mud. The mud forms in layers, folds and slippages That were filled and healed by the silicates when they infiltrated the mud. This makes for very interesting patterns. The red and yellow colors suggest the presence of Iron. This pendant is 32x23mm (1.25" x .92") Chain not included.
