Creedite Crystals from Mexico

Creedite is a calcium aluminum sulfate fluoro hydroxide mineral. Ca₃Al₂SO₄(F,OH) ₁₀ Often occuring as acicular radiating sprays. Creedite usually froms from the oxidation of fluorite deposits. Creedite may be colorless, white, yellowish, orange, blue, blue-violet. The orangish is often rust stained like the specimens we have from the Navidad Mine Rodeo Dorango, Mexico.
