Mined 15 miles north of Eagle Idaho or a little NW of Boise Idaho. Willow Creek Jasper is one of the finest porcelain jaspers there is. Found in a very hard rhyolite Willow Creek Jasper was formed somewhat like thunder eggs. It comes in pastel pinks, greens, yellows, tans, and whites. Sometimes if forms concentric circles or kidneys as some call these patterns. Other times the patterns look more like pictures or vistas or a combination of both. It is also reminiscent of Imperial porcelain jasper from Mexico. This pendant is 40x54mm (1.56 x 2.10") Chain not included.
