Most of our minerals have come from old mineral dealers. Dating back to the 50's. We also have made many contacts through the years with present mineral dealers. Minerals-n-More can get most any mineral you need or desire. So we invite you to visit our Request and Questions page where you can tell us what you want on a easy form. At present we have some nice old copper minerals such as azurite, chrysocolla, malachite, turquoise and native copper. Lots of nice native copper! From Ray Arizona and also from Lake Mine Michigan. Plenty of calcite, Quartz, pyrite, chalcopyrite, marcasite and such. From Zacatecas, Mexico. Hemimorphites and pyromorphites from Idaho and Mexico currently in stock. Fluorite's from the famous Elmwood mine. A few really nice amazonites from Colorado. Smoky quartz from Colorado too. Of course we have Idaho garnets, some vapor phase garnets from Nevada and Idaho Star Garnets. Aquamarines from Brazil and Pakistan and allot of nice tourmaline and lapadolite from California. Maybe you would like something unusual. A sphene crystal from brazil or an amethyst cathedral. We have some really nice calcite on amethyst from Brazil. Using crystal to make elegant glasses is also a very comman practice. It is heated to a very high temperture to make something similar to these crystal corporate awards. It is quite amazing how this wonderful mineral can produce such spectacular personalized gifts for anyone. There are other uses for crystal but this is just one of the many different ways to use it. How about some Jersey vein pyromorphites? Stibnite? sphalerite? realgar? halite from California or maybe orpiment. It's from the old Nevada location and the bright yellow and black do add to any show case. We do have some just acquired Nice pink dolomite with calcite from Arkansas. This combination of minerals doesn't come from here very often. We have covelite, galena, enargite and other silver and gold ore type minerals from Montana and Idaho. One of my favorites is lodalite from Brazil it is a combination of optical quartz, chlorite and iron. Speaking of iron we have some very nice iron pyrite. You know fools gold! Those of you who are into fossils. How about corprolite? You know dino or reptile dung? We have a connection in Washington state for lots of these. We also have a couple of outstanding coral like aragonite. Very large clusters of selenite roses and barite roses are available. We have a mineral dealer that tells me I have the largest chunk of smithsonite that he has ever seen. Of course we have a few smaller ones too.
Then there will be the gemstone slabs, cabs and rough rock. Such as Idaho
jaspers, Oregon Jaspers, Montana agates, Idaho Star Garnets, Idaho opal,
tiger eye and much more. [Home]-[Minerals
