Pyromorphite occurs as barrel-shaped crystals with a hexagonal outline. Pyromorphite also occurs as crusts or mammillary aggregates. Usually green or yellow, but also brown, gray or orange. Pyromorphite is a Lead chloro-phosphate, with the chemical formula Pb₅(PO₄)₃Cl.
