Wyoming Black Feather Dendritic Agate Sterling Pendant

Found near Medicine Bow, Wyoming Black Feather Dendritic Agate is composed of black manganese oxide, also called Psilomalane and a creamy white agate that often shows a hint of blue. The manganese oxide occurs as feathered or dendrite like inclusions. Sometimes the inclusions are long enough to be considered plumes.
